Trivia[]

  • Clips of the cartoon were featured in 12 Monkeys and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
  • This cartoon is essentially the complete opposite of the Wolf and Red cartoons, as it's about females going crazy over a male instead of vice versa.
  • This cartoon is a parody of some of the Disney movies that came out at the time, specifically Bambi.
  • The ugly female rabbit that comes after B.O. has the same fur/skin color as Bugs Bunny.
  • The working title was "Smellbound".
  • The used title is a dialect of "Little Stinker".

Censorship[]

  • On Cartoon Network and Boomerang (latter TV only[4]; the gag is retained on the streaming service), a gag during the scene where B.O. Skunk, disguised as Frank Sinatra, is singing to a crowd of female bunnies is now edited. As two doe rabbits pop out of the ground shouting "Frankie!", removed is the appearance of a black female bunny who says "Love dat man!". All broadcasts of this cartoon prior to January 2001 left this scene untouched.
  • On TBS, the scene of B.O. Skunk almost drinking poison in an attempt to commit suicide was removed.[5]
